ARTIST STATEMENT:
"Within each of these
sculptures there is an inner essence.
In and of itself it is intangible. Yet the thought of it creates
an experience
of
both wonder and boundlessness. My work
is seeking to capture a glimpse, a
change to bring out from
the shadows a deeper understanding of our
essential nature.
I ultimately seek purity of image, whether found in
utmost
simplicity or intense complexity. This is a unique point in
time
where a wealth of new materials can be combined with
natural ones
to create
exciting new possibilities," states
E.H. Waldman,
Sculptor.
